Supporting the Distribution of Clinical Trial Information

Most clinical trial participants are not able to receive information about whether the clinical trial drug has been or will be released to the public, even though this may be information they are extremely interested in. To solve this issue, 3H uses its own IT technology to support the distribution of that data to clinical trial participants.

Why information sharing matters

We believe that this initiative will help improve social recognition of clinical trials. As more patients begin to participate in clinical trials, drug development as a whole becomes more efficient and the patient experience becomes more meaningful.

Beyond enrolled participants

The people who actually participate in clinical trials are only a fraction of those who apply. If you include those who did not pass the screening stage at the contact center, the number of people cooperating with any given clinical trial multiplies by 10 to 20 fold.

Patient voice as strategic insight

The qualitative and quantitative information collected through exchanges with the contact center becomes the patient's voice and can also be used for strategic marketing purposes once the product has entered the market.
