Most clinical trial participants are not able to receive information about whether the clinical trial drug has been or will be released to the public, even though this may be information they are extremely interested in. To solve this issue, 3H uses its own IT technology to support the distribution of that data to clinical trial participants.
Why information sharing matters
We believe that this initiative will help improve social recognition of clinical trials. As more patients begin to participate in clinical trials, drug development as a whole becomes more efficient and the patient experience becomes more meaningful.
Beyond enrolled participants
The people who actually participate in clinical trials are only a fraction of those who apply. If you include those who did not pass the screening stage at the contact center, the number of people cooperating with any given clinical trial multiplies by 10 to 20 fold.
Patient voice as strategic insight
The qualitative and quantitative information collected through exchanges with the contact center becomes the patient's voice and can also be used for strategic marketing purposes once the product has entered the market.
Medicine information distribution
This is why 3H believes that supporting the distribution of information about medicines is of utmost importance. Better communication supports stronger long-term relationships with patients and trial communities.
Practical sponsor support
3H helps sponsors turn complex information into patient-friendly communication tools that are practical, clear, and aligned with study objectives.

These are examples of past production support. Please feel free to consult us regarding other materials as well. We help transform study communication into patient-friendly, practical, and high-impact formats that support awareness, consent, and recruitment.
Better patient understanding
Clear materials help explain the study, build confidence, and reduce confusion during recruitment and participation.
Stronger recruitment support
Practical creative assets improve visibility and help eligible patients understand whether participation is right for them.
Operational efficiency
Well-designed communication materials reduce repetitive explanations and support CRC and site teams more effectively.
