Graduated with a prestigious degree from California State University, USA, he has led cutting-edge system development for insurance and game companies while revolutionizing website creation. His passion for healthcare innovation through IT led him to play a key role in founding CROee in 2005 (now 3H Medi Solution Inc.), developing an advanced patient recruitment system.

In 2009 he became President of the company, strengthening its leadership in patient recruitment and healthcare innovation. As of May 2023, he also serves as President of 3H Medi Solutions Inc. continuing to drive healthcare innovation.

Kenta Kachi began his career in pharmaceutical clinical development where he identified patient enrolment as a major bottleneck in drug development. In 2015 he joined CROee (now 3H Medi Solution Inc.) to help address this challenge.

He launched the cancer information platform Oncolo and later the rare disease information hub RareS.. In 2018 he moved into health technology, leading the development of the ePRO solution 3H P-Guardian and the clinical consultation system Insight Gateway. He became Director in May 2023.

Daisuke Maki joined the founding team of CROee Co., Ltd. in 2009 and has supported patient recruitment for more than 300 clinical trials. He has long promoted awareness of patient recruitment in Japan.

In 2017 he launched the PRO Council, bringing together industry leaders to collaborate with regulators and industry bodies. In 2018 he became Director of the 3H Life Science Research Institute, focusing on research aimed at improving human health. His experience as a psychological counsellor also supports clinical development in the CNS domain.
