We conclude a three-party contract for home-based clinical trials with 3H, clinical trial medical institutions, and home-visit nursing stations. We conduct home-based clinical trial work together with medical institutions and home-visit nursing stations.
Instruction receipt and schedule adjustment
Home-visit nursing instructions are sent from the clinical team to 3H. After receipt, the assigned nurse coordinates a visit schedule with the subject and confirms the date with the medical institution.
Receipt of investigational materials
At the clinical trial site, investigational drugs and other required materials and equipment are obtained from the designated administrator.
Conducting the visit at the subject's home
The nurse visits the subject's home, confirms identity, reviews health changes and medications, and carries out vital sign measurement, blood sampling, sample processing, and worksheet creation as required.
Return of investigational materials
After completion of the visit, the nurse returns to the clinical trial site and returns investigational drugs and other materials. Medical waste disposal is also coordinated as needed.
The steps above are an example. Details may vary depending on the study protocol.
