Patient Recruitment
CROèe Global uses ALL possible methods of advertising in Japan to successfully recruit patients for clinical trials. Feasibility
Our company uses a unique tool called “PASSMAP” to measure the feasibility of prospective study sites. It is possible to examine in advance what design and message is appropriate in the advertisement by using the patient population to improve the recruitment accuracy.
Area/Site Selection
Again using PASSMAP, sites having affinity with recruitment advertising are selected, thus increasing the rate of enrollment. Also, the recruitment performance is displayed on PASSMAP to show the target number of patients to be enrolled, as well as plan for monitoring.
Retention
Patient retention is also an important focus for CROèe Global. Our company implements a variety of CRC retention activities (such as giveaway items, phone calls, etc.) to ensure that the patients stick with long-term studies.
