Management Philosophy

Happiness takes many forms depending on the person—some want to build a loving family, others seek fulfilling work, while others dream of becoming wealthy. We believe that the key to happiness lies in living life “authentically” in pursuit of each individual’s vision of fulfillment. If we can create such a company and society, life will be more meaningful. This belief is embedded in 3H’s mission.

Our definition of “health” goes beyond simply being free from illness. It encompasses a balanced state that includes physical, mental, financial, and environmental well-being. By connecting people with health, we aim to provide healthcare services that help individuals around the world live authentically.

We believe that enjoying both work and life is fundamental. Since work occupies a large part of most adults’ lives, failing to find joy in it can lead to an unfulfilling life. While not every day may be fun, we believe it’s important to continuously seek ways to make life enjoyable. We strive to create a workplace that enables people to enjoy each day.

People are happiest when they are absorbed in something. Finding things to be passionate about in daily work and life is essential to living joyfully. At 3H, we constantly reflect on what excites and motivates us in our work.

When a person finds something worth dedicating their life to, that life becomes deeply fulfilling. Discovering such a purpose within the work one spends most of life doing becomes a powerful source of motivation.

No one can live alone. Just as we receive much from those around us, we must also give in return. In the
workplace, this means showing interest, gratitude, and respect toward everyone involved—members, client companies, colleagues, families, parents, and friends.

All of the above are made possible through the support of many people. If even one person acts selfishly, the balance is disrupted. We are all connected by trust and compassion. Building a better environment requires each individual’s active participation and cooperation.

Our symbol mark features a fan-like shape formed by three entities—company, people, and healthcare—holding hands. The soft contours express the sense of “security and trust” that comes from connecting people with healthcare through the company. The three circles also represent the origins of our name 3H: Human, Health, and Happiness.
The symbol’s crown-like design also reflects our aspiration to become a leading company in the industry.
