In 2016, the largest pharmaceutical company by revenue was Johnson & Johnson, with earnings exceeding 70 billion USD! The US company was founded in the American state of New Jersey and continues to be a cornerstone in the medical equipment and pharmaceutical industry. Roche and Pfizer come in at #2 and #3, each earning around 50 billion USD. Now that’s a lot of dough!
