With CROèe’s PASSMAP, site selection in Asia is no longer the daunting and difficult task that it once was. The PASSMAP tool displays patient information and locations directly from CROèe’s volunteer database (which contains over 750,000 members) along with possible clinical trial sites on an interactive map. Using PASSMAP, you will be able to see all feasible sites, along with a score that measures potential patients who reside around each evaluated site. Using this information, CROèe will provide you with a detailed report of recommended investigative sites. By analyzing patient data relative to each site, CROèe can use PASSMAP to accurately measure the number of patients who can be recruited through advertising.

CROèe’s Site Selection Process

After using PASSMAP, CROèe will contact SMOs and also use their own investigative site network accordingly to find the perfect location for the study. At the same time, CROèe will develop an algorithm in order to measure which sites will perform the best. This entire evaluation process usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks.

Support

Once the study starts, CROèe will manage and support SMOs and/or clinical trial sites. CROèe will monitor the status and update the client on the progress. Negotiations with the SMO can also be made to provide unified SMO fees to the client and also support on central IRB and IRB secretariat.
